T 10/7 - 1 M w/u, 6-400's at 10.0 on treadmill, 1 mile c/d-5 miles, stretched, abs/core
W 10/7 - 4 miles treadmill, stretched
R 10/8 - 3 PMP (well guess they were done at 7:45 as I was venting), total of 6.25 M, 5 mile mtn biked
F 10/9 - off, did get some exercise cleaning!
S 10/10 - off-expo-party!
S 10/11 - mary-26.4
Ran - 46.65 miles
