1/7- 35 min (11 miles) spinerval DVD on trainer, upper body workout
1/8- 2 hour indoor cycling class (31 Miles)

1/10 - 7 miles treadmill with 40 second strides
1/11- 12 miles with SERC, 1750 meters swam
