Last week I just started easing back into running again.
Monday -Lifted Upper Body
Tues - off
Wednesday - 5 miles easy at JCC indoor track ~42:40
Thursday-Upper Body Workout with ESpeed
Friday-5.5 ish mile run with ESpeed outside
Saturday - off
Sunday -Ytown 1/2 marathon
Not a bad week back, but just easing back into things. My aerobic capacity seems a bit off. Hip flexor is feeling remarkably better. Piriformis still tender but not as bad as it was.
