Must work on nutrition!
I always ensure I do what it takes to run/bike/swim what is nescessary to put me where I need to be. Now I need to use that sort of focus with my intake, as it seems to be causing me many too many issues. Definitely Goal #1 going forward!
Goal #2 recover and get IT Band and all other minor issues healthy!

Sounds like a plan! I'm one week into my whole fooods plant based diet. So far so good, but I haven't tried any long runs yet. I'm a little worried that my fiber intake is too high...

I hear you on intake problems! Right now, I'm in the too-many-unhealthy-calories penalty box. Are your problems of that nature or while-racing intake problems?
Nutrition is so hard for me too. I love to eat!!!
