You can get them from the library. I'm no expert, but from what my coach says lifting greatly reduces injury...I wonder if one muscle group in your legs is stronger than the other, and that's what's causing the problem? You should ask Marie--she's a PT and could probably give you some stretches/weight suggestions! She REALLY helped me out when I had some lower back pain earlier this year!
